電蒸汽鍋爐鍋爐應以防垢為主，其水質須因爐、因水制宜地進行處理，并達到國家標準，以防結垢，這是積板的方法，但如果電蒸汽鍋爐結生了水垢，也應及時清除，以免事故后患。
